You can enable for auto tethering when plug-in usb/charger
1. Auto USB tethering for some devices, others need manual to enable it.
2. Auto wifi tethering, but need manual for usb tethering on some devices
3. Add support for charger plug in
4. Fix bug
Just testing in Nexus one.
